Role and Responsibilities:
  • 💉 Expertly administer IVIG and other specialized infusion therapies at home.
  • 📊 Vigilantly monitor patients' responses, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
  • 📝 Accurately document all treatment details in the EMR, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • 🤝 Engage in collaborative care with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
  • 🧰 Effectively manage and upkeep infusion equipment to maintain high standards of care.
  • 🎓 Educate and support patients and their families regarding infusion therapy.
Qualifications:
  • 🆔 Valid OR nursing license.
  • 🎓 Nursing degree with substantial RN experience or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
  • ♥ Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 🚗 Willingness for local travel within the Salem area.
  • 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare-related software.
