Certifications/License: Board Certification: Must be Board Certified /Board Eligible Gastroenterologist by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency. Working Hours: Regular hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Weeknight Call -- M/F 4:30pm to 8am (If required) On-call contractor's physician(s) must be always available for phone consultations with VA residents and physicians.
