Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate as a QA member in our agile team, contributing to the quality assurance process.
  • Review and meticulously gather requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Utilize risk-based testing to identify the test scope, focusing on critical areas.
  • Collaborate with business teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  • Log, track, and drive the resolution of defects to ensure a high-quality deliverable.
  • Provide accurate estimates for test efforts and contribute to UAT testing phases.
  • Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics, and provide go/no-go recommendations.
  • Run daily standups, fostering collaboration and transparency within the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on QA testing experience.
  • Self-starter with strong goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment while maintaining momentum.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with technical and business partners.
  • Proficient in testing methods and experienced with Agile Methodology in a QA role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps / ALM or similar tools.
  • Openness to innovative thinking and implementing out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Robotic Process Automation.
