Required skills

Proficiency in front-end technologies: Frontend Engineers must be proficient in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript. They should have a solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility and scaling. They should also be able to use front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js to build complex applications. Experience using Express.js a plus.

Attention to detail: Frontend Engineers must be detail-oriented and strive for pixel-perfect designs. They should be able to implement designs provided by UX/UI designers accurately, paying close attention to typography, layout, and color. Accessibility, responsive design and performance are table stakes during development. 

Problem-solving and critical thinking: Frontend Engineers should be able to solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality of the user interface. They should be able to break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions to them. They should also be able to anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring. 

Communication and soft skills: Engineer should be able to work with different stake holders (product manager, tech leads and UX), clearly able to articulate the requirements and their work. Engineer should be flexible while working with team and initiatives.

Educational requirements:

MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2.5+ years work experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4.5+ years relevant work experience.
