Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Training and Development:

Problem Solving:
Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of hybrid vehicles.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales and inventory.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales goals, strategies, and performance.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hybrid technology.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with vehicles.
Strong knowledge of financing vehicle technology and features.

Ability to spin and desk a finance deal front to back. 
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver’s license.
