Available Positions in Racine & Kenosha Counties:

  • 1st shift - Various hours/days available  
  • 2nd shift - Various hours/days available 
  • Weekends hours available
  • Some Night shifts available - dependent on the Clients' needs

Caregiver Benefits:

  • Starting pay based on qualification is between $12.00 - $16.00
  • Competitive aggressive pay based on program and client needs.
  • Pay Increase after 90-day Review: based on attendance & performance. 
  • Time and a half on Holidays

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • Successfully pass Caregiver background check
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient Communication skills
  • Basic Household Cleaning skills
  • Ability to commit to MINIMUM of 10 hours per week.
  • Willingness to learn new skills to better the lives of our clients

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients assisting with day to day tasks
  • Various care-giving responsibilities for both male and female clients
  • Assist with personal care
  • Light housekeeping
  • Companionship
  • Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
