Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem Location: Biloxi, MS

Position Overview: As a CNA, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing direct care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. This position offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Aid residents in mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
• Follow established care plans and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Mississippi.
• Current TB test within the last year or a chest x-ray within the last five years.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Vaccination card, if applicable.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar setting is advantageous.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
