In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, from preparing pre-op patients for procedures to providing comprehensive education to both patients and their families. You will play a pivotal role in the procedural suite, ensuring patient comfort and safety while assisting with sedation and monitoring.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Pre-Op patients for procedure including starting IV lines and administering medications
- Provide Patient & family education regarding pre intra and post procedure
- Prepares patients in procedural suite
- Circulates and assists
- Sedates and monitors patients
- Performs the proper handling of patient tissue samples
- Establish and maintain patient IV access
- Responds to contrast reactions
- Administers medications as ordered by the physician
- Makes recommendations to the referring physician the patient and family under the guidance of the physician
- Orchestrates patient discharge
- Demonstrates customer services that is in keeping with vision of CiC. Exhibits concern and compassion for all patient needs whether directly or through supportive actions with a patient's family. Applies the standard of practice performance to achieve positive outcomes.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Must have successfully graduated from an approved nursing program
- RN license in the state(s) position is listed for
- 2+ years critical care or coronary care experience (preferred) or 2+ years of telemetry experience
- Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
- Skill in data entry with minimal errors
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
- Must successfully complete CME compliance training
- as required by CiC
- BLS/ACLS required
- Must maintain high patient privacy standards and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to be flexible as to shifts and schedules
