As a Financial Sales Trainee, you will be part of a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products. This dynamic program includes a combination of self-study and hands-on experience projects, all tailored to a structured curriculum.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Starting wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days
  • Opportunity for promotion to a Financial Representative with an annual base of $36,000 plus monthly sales incentives
  • Education-based Accelerator Program to transition into an independent Financial Advisor
  • 401(k) plan with company contribution and match
  • 15 days of vacation and 11 paid holidays per year
  • Personal time for sick leave and floating holidays

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Participate in a comprehensive program to develop skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients
  • Demonstrate appropriate sales skills and gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners
  • Oversee completion of content, proposals and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Ability to successfully achieve criteria of Trainee Program
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 50% of the work period
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products and marketing practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
