Shift: 3x12 hr, 7pm-7:30am Friday-Sunday

Guaranteed Hours:
36 hours for 3,12-hour shifts
48 hours for 4,12-hour shifts
40 hours for shifts under 12 hours (8 or 10-hour shift).
