JOB SUMMARY:

As the Vice President of Production Intelligence, this executive-level role involves shaping and executing the technology vision of our organization. Responsibilities include driving the analysis, design, and implementation of complex systems solutions that directly contribute to the achievement of our business objectives. Strategic acumen is crucial for aligning technology initiatives with the company's long-term goals. Effective communication of complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner is essential for influencing strategic decisions and building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of our technology landscape, impacting the organization's competitive edge, growth trajectory, and technological innovation. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and efficient information systems that meet business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our organization. Make recommendations for adopting new tools, systems, or processes that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business units and departments to understand their requirements and challenges. Work closely with software developers, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Implement and oversee security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of information systems, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Propose and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead change initiatives related to technology adoption and process improvements. Communicate changes effectively to various stakeholders and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and long-term plans.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status of projects, system performance, and technology-related matters.

Salary

$175,000 to $230,000 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Salary
