Track item status from set up to approval for pre-production samples. Submit item specifications and artwork to marketing through Smartsheet. Review and approve completed art files from proofing and forward and submit to necessary internal and external stakeholders. Proof and approve files and send to manufacturer to develop proofs. Request, receive, and review pre-production samples. Maintain status of category manager import projects in Smartsheet.
