Education: Master's degree with Certified Nurse Midwife degree required. Licensures/Certifications: National Board Certification as a certified nurse midwife. PA RN License required. BLS certification required. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved. This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
