Reporting to: Senior Branch Manager

Job Summary:
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our clients and caregivers as well as meeting with new prospective clients in their homes. Your role will involve coordinating and scheduling field activities, monitoring project progress, providing guidance and support to field
staff, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities will be essential in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Field Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate field operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to field staff. Ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any challenges or issues that arise.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that field activities adhere to established quality standards and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on project status, field activities, and resource utilization. Maintain detailed documentation of field operations, including project files, work orders, and equipment logs. Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making: Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner. Make informed decisions based on analysis of data and project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and improve field operations processes.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and encourage field staff to adhere to safe work practices. Conduct regular safety meetings and provide
    training to field staff on safety protocols and procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
    Proven experience in field operations or a similar role, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using technology and mobile applications for field operations management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
