Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and manage a team of Print Production Assistants, ensuring smooth workflow, scheduling and proofing for all print projects.

  • Work with external vendors to route proofs, secure approvals and keep accurate records.

  • Monitor updates and clarify proofing comments to ensure top quality.

  • Recruit, train and inspire the team to achieve high productivity and exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in print production and project management.

  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
