ADAS Calibration Technician

What You'll Do:
- Recalibrations: Complete static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations on foreign, domestic, and vehicles at 360Align locations or at mobile customer locations after completing internal training.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Tool Utilization: Use various tools for effective recalibrations and ensure tooling software updates are completed daily.
- Diagnostics: Conduct pre and post scans, troubleshoot complex recalibrations, and test drive vehicles after recalibrations.
- Customer Service: Develop relationships, deliver consistent results, and explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel.
- Inventory Management: Be accountable for ADAS inventory, including vehicles, mobile devices, diagnostic scanners, and other provided equipment.
- Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and maintain a well-organized work area.
- Experience: One year of experience in automotive repairs; experience in module programming, wiring repair, or ADAS recalibration is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, the ability to use scan tools, factory software, and basic software programs is preferred.
- Certifications: ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in an autobody repair shop and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, with a positive, customer-focused approach in a team supported environment.
- Position Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, pass an MVR check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel may be required outside the assigned area.
