Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one. Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project management. Proficiency in industry software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
