You would work part-time, 2-4 days per week, visiting our clients in Gloucester, Cape Ann and North Shore communities. This unique role allows you to step away from the bustling hospital scene and into a calmer, personalized setting where you'll form genuine connections with your clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee patient care services
  • Visit clients in their home to assess for services
  • Supervise & support our home health aide staff in the field
  • Assess new referrals for services

We have provided personalized home care services throughout the Greater Boston, North Shore, Cape Ann, and Merrimack Valley communities for 20 years. Our services are customized to meet our clients' needs and include Certified Home Health Aides, Homemakers, Companions, Live-in Caregivers, Respite, Hospice Services and more.

Requirements:
  • Requires a Massachusetts licensed nurse (RN/LPN) with 2+ years experience.
  • Strong clinical and computer competence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A TEAM player that is self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously and manage priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and motivate others
  • Home care experience a plus.
  • Medicare/Certified service experience is not required.
