Pay:

LPN - $23-$28/hr

RN - $30-$38/hr

Schedule:

Part-Time or Full-Time , 8-12 hour shifts

Days/Nights, Weekends, Hours Between 9am-9pm

Sign-on Bonus:

Full Time - $2000.00 Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Part Time - $1000.00 Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Role Overview:

We are seeking a LPN/RN to join our team in the American Fork area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing AmazingCare to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. At AmazingCare we believe in letting compassion and quality of service lead the way

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
  • Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
  • Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN/RN License within State of Utah
  • CPR Certified
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location

About PDN:

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.
