Pay Rate: $18-$22/hr (Based on experience.)

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2 AM
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct accurate visual inspections of raw materials and products, using gauges, scales, and other measurement tools as needed.
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming parts or materials.
  • Complete necessary documentation and data entry for work performed.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
  • Investigate causes of non-conformance when required.
  • Adhere to all company attributes and competencies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English with basic math skills.
  • Ability to learn and use measurement instruments (e.g., tape measure, scales, gauges).
  • Basic computer skills for data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or using measurement instruments is preferred.
  • Some college coursework or certifications in Quality Assurance is a plus.
