Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our client's Trust and Estates Practice Group in their Boca Raton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with extensive knowledge of probate, guardianships, and trust modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with probate matters, guardianships, and trust modifications.
- Draft and file legal documents related to probate and estate administration.
- Coordinate and manage timelines to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
- Handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Take initiative to troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth progression of cases.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal in a law firm setting, preferably within a Trust and Estates Practice Group.
- Extensive knowledge of probate procedures, guardianships, and trust modifications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
