Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and abilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Administer occupational therapy treatments according to established protocols
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in continuing education and training programs
- Supervise support staff as needed
Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Current state licensure
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current BLS certification
- Successful completion of background check and drug test
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
