  • Provide customers with info on how we can help their school or non-profit organization achieve their fundraising goals.
  • Communicate with customers and provide information about our services, enter and process orders, maintain accounts, and help customers with concerns and/or questions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, as well as actions taken.
  • Miscellaneous responsibilities shared by all members of the organization in an effort to efficiently and effectively run our organization.

  • $19.23/hour (with the potential for optional over-time).

EXTRA CREDIT (NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS):

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience with MS Access, HTML, Craft CMS, JavaScript, Squarespace, SQL, Plesk, and/or IT Help Desk.
  • Experience setting-up PC's, computer monitors, and printers.
