This position requires excellent member service skills and offers an opportunity to join our dynamic team at our Port Neches Branch Position:Branch Supervisor Under the direction of the Branch Manager, this position coordinates and supervises the daily operations of the branch. Working knowledge of loan process, approvals and processing of title work. Process loan applications/prepare all supporting documentation to close, and fund approved loans Opens various accounts and services, performs maintenance to existing accounts and services Assigns, directs, trains, coordinates and reviews work of Member Relations Rep (MRR) staff Assists with vault duties and approves checks ```{=html} ``` - Provide high quality member service to meet members needs and provide solutions to inquiries, issues, and problems. - Keeps Manager informed of all issues. Meets at least weekly with Manager to review plans and cross-training status of all staff. Qualification Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Loan processing experience required 2 to 3 years new account experience in credit union or bank required Knowledge of Credit Union products and services Supervisor experience preferred This position requires cross training. Professional demeanor, behavior and appearance Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment Computer skills; ability to operate related computer software and credit union equipment Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer relation skills Ability to prioritize and multitask, detail oriented, ability to solve problems Ability to prepare memos, reports, and other documents using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
