We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead sales efforts with Strategic ISVs and expand business with our key ISV customers. This role involves setting long-term strategies and executing daily to drive customer growth. The ideal candidate will build and maintain broad relationships, manage opportunities, and coordinate with a large team of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all levels of the customer's organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the account, utilizing systems thinking and collaboration to address all customer needs.
- Sell at the most strategic (C-level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
- Work collaboratively with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests.
- Advocate for the customer while aligning with the needs of the AWS business.
- Take responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building profitable partner ecosystems
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans
