  • Target Start: As soon as credentialed.
  • Credentialing timeframe: 2-3 months.
  • Duration of Need: 3-4 months, possible extension.
  • Schedule: 8a-5p M-F
  • Setting: Clinic
  • Patients per day: varied, about 18. 15 minutes with follow up patients, 30 minutes with new patients
  • Support Staff: RN, MA
  • Worksite Resources: Labs/X rays off site

Requirements:

  • BE/BC in FM
  • Active California license.
