We are seeking dedicated Care Professionals to fill roles between 8 AM - Noon or 1 PM - 5 PM, or both. Our service areas include Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Mill Creek, Bothell, and Woodinville.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 based on experience, with higher rates on weekends. Additional pay for driving to multiple clients a day, plus mileage reimbursement. Current CNA or HCA certification holders will start at a fully trained rate.
  • Eligibility for medical (with 75% coverage) and dental benefits after averaging 30+ hours a week. Vision and life insurance included if medical and dental benefits are selected.
  • Care Pros averaging 20+ hours a week are eligible for 50% coverage of medical and dental benefits.
  • Continuing education credits at our facility, covered by us, to maintain your CNA/HCA credentials.
  • Access to Tap Check to receive earned wages between payment periods for a small fee.
  • Accrued paid time off and sick leave, allowing you to take time off as needed.
  • Overtime pay and holiday pay at time and a half.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  • Reminding clients about their medications and appointments.
  • Helping clients with shopping, appointments, and errands (mileage paid if using your car).
  • Assisting with grooming, dental care, and bathing.
  • Supporting clients with toileting and incontinence care.
  • Caring for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia.
  • Providing hospice support as needed.

We welcome Care Pros for weekends, weekday daytime, evening, and overnight shifts (primarily in Edmonds, Lynnwood, Bothell, and Woodinville). Overnight shifts require a minimum commitment of 8 hours.

  • This part-time position has the potential for full-time hours, with many Care Pros currently working full time and even overtime.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:

  • A compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • A clean background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • A CNA or HCA license is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish/English is a plus.
