Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders, including Basic customer service skills
  • Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures
  • Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools
  • Accurate input into database as well as accurate management of paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures


Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or some college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment required.
  • Fork lift certification a plus.
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work, including ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs. occasionally throughout the week
Competencies:
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001
  • 6S familiarity a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus
  • Working knowledge of warehouse data systems
  • Solid communication skills
Travel:
  • Local same day travel possible.
