Description

We are seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist to join our team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiological and interventional procedures, providing comprehensive patient care, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources within the Imaging department. Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiological and interventional procedures in a timely manner
  • Evaluate and provide care for patients undergoing exams
  • Ensure the availability and safe utilization of clinical equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate and facilitate interventional schedules for patients
  • Participate in developing staff and affiliating students

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Current Medical Radiologic Technologist certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • One to two years of experience preferred
