Summary:
Maintains equipment and supplies as to facilitate the administration of safe anesthesia to patients.
Assist anesthesia with care and scheduling of epidural patients.
Position Responsibilities:
• Maintains anesthesia supplies and equipment in surgical areas, and demonstrates knowledge of this equipment and instrumentation.
• Assists Anesthesiologist with care of Epidural patients.
• Meets with Vendors and Schedules Inservices for new products to meet the needs of the Anesthesia Department and our Patients.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
Prior experience and knowledge of hospital equipment, practices, aseptic technique and infection control standards preferred.
Required Education:
HS Diploma.
Training/Certifications/Licensure:
BLS.
