Job Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with our company's goals. You will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to implementation and iteration. The initiatives you will work on include but not limited to, product optimization, website optimization, system enhancement, email optimization, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in defining and prioritizing product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to drive product development efforts.
  • Support the product roadmap planning and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and execute strategies for email campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support product launches and coordinate marketing activities to drive product adoption and success.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience within product management, data analytics and marketing.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with IT projects (website optimization, system enhancement, feature launch, etc.)
  • Competency in interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions

Physical Requirements:
