This person reports directly to the VP of Aviation and shall comply with all federal, state, local and foreign regulations, as well as the policies and procedures specified in the Prudential Flight Operations Manual. What you can expect: Prepare and coordinate aircraft schedules according to crew availability, mechanical requirements, weather, customer, employee requests, and government regulations. Monitor and follow flights and alert management of overdue aircraft or emergency situations. Schedule travel for executives on the Company aircraft and external providers. Schedule ground transportation and accommodations for crew members and passengers. Enter flight times and keeps department flight records. Arrange aircraft fueling for trips and negotiate discounts with fuel providers. Coordinate with external vendors on international flights as needed. Assist cabin attendants with catering orders. Provide accounting services, process charge backs, and participate in annual budget preparation. What youll need: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills across levels of management. Itd be a plus if you had: FAA aircraft dispatcher license. Prior experience working in a business aviation field. The salary range for this role is from $76,800.00 to $114,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
