Their responsibilities include regular validation and resolution of late shipments to release purchase orders to process supplier payments. Key Responsibilities: Enhance customer relationships by identifying areas for improvement in the overall customer experience Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for systematic receipt of aging purchase orders and resolution Perform regular in-depth analysis of late shipments and communicate with the 3PL’s to resolve and receive Validate, document, and update the PO order queue on a daily basis which will notify the AP team to finalize payments to suppliers Own developing and documenting the inbound resolution process and SOPs Monitor and maintain the accuracy of SAP inbound late shipments and purchase orders, communicating any potential risks Lead daily meetings with relevant stakeholders to communicate updates and collaborate on priorities Identify critical issues, summarize and present key insights from researching and resolving inbound late shipments Translate insights into continuous improvement opportunities with a significant impact to outstanding invoices Measure the impact and value of identified insights and recommendations, prioritizing them accordingly Collaborate in the development and updating of weekly reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide stakeholders with insights into late shipments and purchase order resolution Communicate with stakeholders to share updates, trends, insights, and recommendations Collaborate and coordinate with various parties, including customer stakeholders, warehouses, carriers, and suppliers , to support OTIF initiatives Stay informed about best practices in supply chain and process improvement methods, proactively applying new knowledge to enhance processes Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Supply Chain , related field or equivalent experience 3+ years logistics, supply chain, large scale warehouse operations or related experience 1+ years experience with inbound problem solving via data analysis including suggesting, implementing and tracking process improvements Knowledge of SAP, SQL and dashboard reporting is preferred Proficiency in using Google Suite tools, including Google Sheets, for data analysis and information sharing Excellent customer service skills, including a proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Risk sensitive, recognizes when problems arise or are likely to arise Ability to use critical thinking to develop, evaluate, recommend and present best options All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
