Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited program with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Must hold a current license as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations based on MD orders.
  • Create detailed treatment plans with defined long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
  • Ensure the acquisition of necessary MD orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
  • Deliver patient care using appropriate modalities and modify treatment as necessary while adhering to safety precautions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all required activities.

Work settings may include outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, inpatient units, nursing homes, and hospitals.

Pay Range: USD $36.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
