General Summary: Provide leadership, clinical supervision and oversight to case managers and other direct service staff as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Program Manager, provide group and individual clinical/administrative supervision and leadership to assigned team.
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of assigned team members; Work with Program Manager to ensure individual and team productivity targets are being maintained as established by Thrive.
- Provide orientation to new team members and ensure proper standards are met for the provision of services (i.e. QMHP).
- Monitor clinical documentation of assigned team members to ensure client documents are in accordance with Thrive standards for quality, and submitted within established timeframes.
- Under the direction of Program Manager, provide direct clinical supervision in accordance with BHDDH Rules and Regulations.
- Create and promote effective working relationships among team and colleagues; Work collaboratively as part of a department/team to facilitate the program's ability to meet its goals and objectives.
- Maintain and facilitate a positive flow of communication within team and Thrive as a whole.
- Assist Program Manager in monitoring staff adherence to CSP and Thrive policies and procedures.
- Conduct emergency assessments on adults, children and adolescents on site and in the community and complete all required documentation.
- Collect data required for grants as needed.
- Be well versed in clinical care standards to ensure high quality service to clients.
- Embrace trauma informed principles, guiding relationships with both staff and clients.
- Assist Program Manager in recruiting and hiring of new staff.
- Maintain responsibility for completing performance evaluations, including routine monitoring of staff performance and performance improvement plans, as indicated. Identify individual training needs for team members and staff growth or need for re-mediation.
- Manage scheduling of team members and coverage for callouts to maintain 24/7 mobile crisis availability.
- Provide On-Call Administrative back-up as needed.
- Carry and enliven a positive Thrive image consistent with the Thrive's Guiding Principles and professional code of ethics.
Education, Experience and Competencies:
- Master's Degree in the human service field of social work or counseling required.
- Independent license required.
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years emergency services experience.
Certifications, Licenses Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance which meets Rhode Island minimum standards required, or the ability to obtain necessary transportation in order to perform the responsibilities/tasks of the job.
