Family Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant

OVP HEALTH is actively seeking a Full-Time qualified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) for the Paintsville, KY location. This opportunity is for a FNP or PA with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for a primary care clinic. Must have a KY DEA.
Licensure/Certifications required:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in KY
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in KY
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in KY
- Current KY DEA
- National certification in applicable area
- Successful completion of OVP HEALTH credentialing process prior to practice
