Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist - FT Outpatient with Inpatient crossover

Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) position in an outpatient setting, with additional opportunities to work in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Our primary focus is on neurological conditions rather than orthopedic cases. The patient population encompasses individuals with cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), concussions, metabolic illnesses, and orthopedic diagnoses. Our approach involves predominantly 1:1 treatment sessions, and therapists engage in both outpatient and on a per diem (PRN) basis in the inpatient setting to provide coverage. Our dynamic environment is committed to evolving treatment styles and diversifying the patient population. We foster a highly supportive workplace with an excellent work/life balance.

The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the Post Acute Medical System. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
