The physician will be responsible for ensuring unassignedemergency room coverage and managing the inpatient cardiology census.
The position requires24-hour unassigned ER call coverage, with the physician expected to handleemergency cases and perform necessary interventions. In addition, the physicianwill manage inpatient consults, providing expert care for cardiology-related conditions.
The average patient volumeis approximately 10 patients per day, and all documentation will be managedusing the eClinicalWorks EMR system.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Invasive-Interventional Cardiology.
- Active Louisiana State Medical License.
