Our client in Poughkeepsie NY is seeking an I.T. Test Technician / Warehouse clerk to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be working in the warehouse receiving laptops, tablets & cell phones performing diagnostic testing, refurbishing and/or scrapping. The ideal candidate will have I.T. debugging/troubleshooting skills and warehouse experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: I.T. Test Technician / Warehouse Clerk

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

What’s the Job?

  • General warehouse duties; picking/packing.

  • Retrieve product from shelves & perform diagnostic testing.

  • Test functions using customized software programs to clear memory and refurbish.

  • Data entry and inventory control.

  • Debugging and troubleshooting then determining end result.

What’s Needed?

  • Previous computer experience & I.T. skills.

  • A+ Certification preferred and/or computer science background/education.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time at station while troubleshooting.

  • Critical thinking.

  • Picking/Packing physical ability
