Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/ experience
- Coursework/Training Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/ experience
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
