Your Role as a Leader in Occupational Therapy

In this rewarding position, you will:

  • Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in the management of daily therapy team operations, including staff scheduling, orientation, training, and communication.
  • Provide direct care to patients, building meaningful relationships by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery.
  • Celebrate patient successes throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical experience.
  • Preferred: Active participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications.
