Starting at $19/hour
Shift Hours:
1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (1st shift is temporary for 90 days then moved to off shift)
2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
$500 HIRING BONUS
Primary Job Function:
Operation of the Assembly line by using the established processes/TPM objectives while working together in a team environment. Accomplish any and all work assignments as directed by management. Operation of the press line, racking of the parts produced, quality control, housekeeping and participation in TPM activities, forklift driving and metal rework of the parts. Setting dies on the bolsters may also be required: this requires a crane operating license. Accomplish any and all work assignments as directed Management.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Perform line start up.
- Load/Assemble/Weld parts.
- Correct machine problems.
- Inspect parts for defects.
- Maintain equipment using the TPM process.
- Know and adhere to safety procedures.
- Follow process procedures for Assembly.
- Maintain housekeeping requirements.
- Initiate quality improvements and assist in concern resolution.
- Maintain production efficiencies.
- Participate in improvement activities using 5S/TPM processes.
- Maintain housekeeping requirements to ensure a safe work environment.
- Inspect parts produced per process to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Complete quality check documentation per process.
- Initiate quality improvements and assist in concern resolution.

- Complete inside/outside die changeovers.
- Program and fine adjust automation equipment.
- Build automation tooling.
- Troubleshoot automation and equipment.
- Rack parts per specifications.
- Load steel in to de-stackers using a fork truck.
- Participate in improvement activities using 5-S / TPM processes.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- General knowledge of quality systems.
- Able to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects.
- Basic knowledge using an ERP system.
