Rivet is an early-stage tech startup that builds modern tools (revenue cycle management products specifically at this time) for healthcare providers to improve efficiency and transparency in the system for all We have a strong presence in large and small medical practices but are expanding to serve the hospital segment as well.

About This Position:

  • The Contract Analyst position is a critical role to help our customers' accounts stay current with important documentation, namely payer contracts and fee schedules
  • This position supports Implementation Managers and Product Specialists ensuring they are both able to satisfy customers
  • This position is an excellent way to kick off a career in SaaS and gain valuable, hands-on and resume experience

Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand payer contract terms
  • Accurately model fee schedules into Rivet’s software
  • Speedily complete to-do lists of various tasks provided by Implementation Managers and Product Specialists

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies
  • Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Honesty, curiosity, coachability, and work ethic
  • Past track record of success in endeavors that would indicate you'll be successful in this position
