  • Department: STV OP SURGERY SVCS LLC
  • Shift timings: Early Morning 06:00 - 14:30 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Operating Room Circulating
  • Registered Nurse with 2+ years experience in North Tower Outpatient Surgery Center
  • An ASC that does ENT, GYN, Ortho, General, Eye procedures.
  • No call, no holidays, no weekends.
  • Late shift required - usually weekly.
  • Outpatient Surgery Center with 6 operating rooms
QUALIFICATIONS
  • BLS and ACLS
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Passionate about patient care
  • Requires a minimum of two years of RN OR Surgical Circulating experience.
  • Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
  • Active unencumbered RN Alabama state license
  • One year of Epic experience

  • COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.

  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
  • A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
  • Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
