Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Serve as technical project lead for Operations for the product release process
- Lead qualification efforts for fab site transfer and new products, defines qual plan (with quality approval)
- Collaborate with project managers to establish project plans for successful execution
- Minimize the cost of project execution by looking for opportunities to reduce cycle time and optimize workflows
- Coordinate new product builds to ensure teams get samples on time during all phases of
- Monitor qualification lots, and disposition failures, and develop mitigation plans where needed
- Create product performance and qualification reports, including data review and statistical analysis, to communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Generate specifications for qualified devices per MIL-PRF-19500 andMIL-PRF-38535
- Drive problem solving and root cause analysis efforts for qualification and production issues, as part of a cross-functional team
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering
- An understanding of electronic engineering principles of discrete and power IC components
- Demonstrated skills in data review, problem solving, communications and teamwork
- Ability to simplify complex and detailed standards and processes into actionable, easy-to-understand flows for product execution
- Must be a team player and a self-starter
- Experience with MS Office tools, especially EXCEL
- Experience with JMP and/or MINITAB preferred
