Job Overview:

ABC Legal is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst II. As an IT Helpdesk Analyst II, you (along with the Help Desk team) will be responsible for the technical support of ABC Legal's user base both in our Seattle HQ and our remote locations. You will primarily respond to escalated support issues and triage incoming issues as needed. Below is a list of skills and experience that are most helpful in succeeding in this role:

Key Responsibilities:

IT Helpdesk Support
  • Setup and config of workstations
  • Manage Office 365 and Active Directory accounts
  • Focus on users' support experience
  • Manage IT assets
  • Work with third party vendors and support teams as needed
  • Focus on users' support experience
  • Collaborate with the Systems Administrator on configuration and administration of key business systems.
Qualifications:
  • Min. 5 years working experience in an IT helpdesk or a similar role
  • Experience in supporting Windows and MacOS desktop and network environment
  • Experience with remote asset management.
  • Job-related certification (MCSE, Network+ or Security +) preferred
  • Experience with security policies and good knowledge of standard best practices
  • Good hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory (GPO/permissions), Office 365, and Windows Servers
  • Experience with modern ticketing system(s) (Jira preferred)
  • Experience supporting a remote work force (both at home and in remote offices)
  • Experience with direct customer interaction
  • Maintain highly cohesive and collaborative relationships with team members and other coworkers
