Ark Solutions Inc is looking for Software Application Programmer

Position: Software Application Programmer
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 18 Months and possibility of extension

Description:

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • This individual will work independently gathers and analyzes information for developing and modifying information processing systems in accordance with requirements.
  • This individual will be expected to work independently or semi-independently with a minimum of guidance or direction.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with code versioning and change management concepts
  • Experience with full life-cycle software applications development (i.e., design, construction, testing, and implementation)
  • Experience with requirements definition and specifications design
  • Ability to mentor project developers
  • Demonstrated client interaction skills and abilities; work in a team environment, on-site in client facility
  • Mentoring skills and experience useful

Education:
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in the listed critical skill sets or any technology requirement where 5+ years of experience is required.

NOTE: Four (4) years additional relevant experience required in lieu of a degree.
