This is a seasonal position - 8 to 12 weeks with the potential for an extension.

GA Foods is seeking to hire a seasonal Transfer Driver for our Hamilton, OH, location. If you have are an experienced driver with a good driving record and want to make a difference in peoples' lives, this is the job for you Our Transfer Drivers are responsible for delivering and unloading product to sites via tractor-trailer or other company vehicles.

Transfer Driver Essential Functions:

  • Must maintain DOT log
  • Controls fuel purchases
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Other duties assigned by management

Transfer Driver Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Driver's License (0-3 current points, no DUI, and current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one)
  • Pallet jack, forklift, and mechanical ability preferred
  • Truck refrigeration knowledge preferred
