Are you a passionate geriatric rehabilitation therapist seeking an exciting opportunity to work with the elderly population in IL? Look no further than Community Physical Therapy As a leading therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland area and southern Wisconsin, we seek additional PRN coverage for the Alden Horizon Shorewood independent living facility.

In this role, you can work within a beautiful Independent Living campus and provide Home Care or Outpatient therapy services to residents right where they live. We require recent Home Care experience, and while workdays and hours have some flexibility, you must be available during regular business hours.

Community Physical Therapy delivers rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and Independent Living, and outpatient services. Since our establishment in 1986, we have always focused on maintaining a practice that creates value and personal and professional growth for our employees. We currently have a staff of over 500 full-time, part-time, and PRN therapists who all share our passion and commitment to patient care.

Our unique practice is led by a president and management team of licensed therapists who understand the importance of therapy services in promoting wellness, restoring function, and improving each patient's quality of life. We pride ourselves on providing the highest and most appropriate level of care using an evidence-based, patient-focused mentality.
