As a REGISTERED NURSE (RN)/LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) you will:
- Provides supervision to other staff through resident assignments, giving report to others, intervening in areas of conflict.
- Accurately prepares and administers prescribed medications according to Hospital policy, and scope of practice.
- Makes routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within Hospital policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems.
- Documents admission, physical assessment, monthly summaries, variance reports, and pertinent resident information.
- Participates in resident care plans.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information.
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care? We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing for Registered Nurses.
- Current Iowa nursing license.
- BLS certified within 60 days of employment.
- Completion of Mandatory Reporter certification within 90 days of employment.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Schedule: Mon/Wed/Thurs 6:00am-6:00pm
Salary Range: $25.00- $45.00 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience)
